This spacious two bedroom two bathroom apartment is well set up with everything you need for a comfortable stay and everything to give you the best experience

The largest balcony great for entertaining, BBQ large dining table, corner couch and outdoor tv as well for sports lovers.

The master bedroom has a comfortable at-home feel with a large king size bed including wall mounted tv and two large wardrobes with all the space you need to hang your clothes. It also has a well appointed en-suite including bath, shower and toilet and the bedroom opens out onto the balcony.

The second bedroom is a bit smaller but has been designed well with a double pull down bed which can be put away during the day to give more space or convert into an office for guests to use with a pull down desk and foldaway chair. Enough room to hang some clothes, store bags or clothes and shoes as well. There is a separate shower and toilet for the 2nd bedroom which is just off the corridor .

The well appointed large open plan lounge features a coffee table and large comfy corner couch with a pull out sofa bed which can accommodate 2 more guests but only available upon request! Get in touch with us NOW if you would like this option for an additional $45 p/person as the apartment has a max capacity of 4 guests.

There is a 42 inch flat screen TV , JBL stereo as well as unlimited WiFi.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need including an oven, microwave, new dishwasher about to be installed, new stainless steel fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser.

There is a coffee plunger for making coffee, milk in the fridge to start your stay, or if you prefer a short stroll away is a plethora of great cafes and restaurants o your doorstep below with great espresso coffee as well.

The apartment a washer/dryer (in one) easy to use as well. as a guest welcome pack on arrival including complimentary teas, coffee, hot chocolate, milk in the fridge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, toilet paper everything to start your stay so so you can pack lightly once these have run out guests can purchase everything they need at a convenience store is just around the corner as you exit the hotel.

We provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen. We use a high quality cleaning company so the apartment will be perfect for your arrival.

With over 30 bars and restaurants to choose from in one waterfront destination, and on your doorstep. The Viaduct is a superb place to dine or relax and watch the world go by.

Open from breakfast till late, the precinct has well located parking facilities for your car or boat and hosts regular events to add to the vibrant environment that Viaduct Harbour is renowned for.

Auckland's most desired central real estate with an array of bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk. The buzzing Wynyard Quarter development is within a 10 minute walk and the new Commercial Bay establishment offers high end retail and a wide range of classy food options.

Enjoy harbourside walks around the marina and directly opposite the complex, or if you feel like you need a work out pop across the road to the iconic Tepid Baths, it has two pools, spa, steam and sauna facilities, workout classes and a state-of-the-art fitness centre as well.

The ferry terminal is a five minute walk, we recommend visiting Waiheke Island, perhaps even a winery tour while you’re there! The Britomart transport hub for buses and trains is very close by and taxis are all available at the entrance to Princes Wharf. The Auckland Explorer Bus is the city's original hop on hop off sightseeing tour and pick up is across the road from Princes Wharf. Explore Auckland's top attractions in your own time and enjoy interesting commentary and friendly service along the way.

With an eye for detail I've renovated several homes, including our own, our retreat in Fiji, super stylish office offering board rooms and meeting rooms for hire and our two Viaduct appartments (all listed on Airbnb).

Currently completing renovations on one and a significant upgrades on the other, you'll feel the pride and passion immediately I like things to look the part. be, done right, and have the edge that makes a place an experience worth remembering.

I was devastated when I outsourced the management of the apartments to a company seemingly committed to the same standards only to be let down MASSIVELY by their poor management, sub-standard cleaning and complete lack of care. I went from being a Superhost to having bad reviews. A tough lesson learnt Having taken back the management my goal is to regain my Superhost status by going the extra mile in every way.
