Your oasis has a king size bed, large walk in closet and a comfortable queen sleeper sofa with adjustable air mattress top. Private first floor patio to enjoy your gourmet selection of coffee from the Nespresso coffee machine. Easy access to Tampa and St. Pete and all the area has to offer.

Condo Association has a short application that needs to be completed prior to your stay. There is a $50 application charge for each adult over 18. Married couples and civil unions have only one fee. Application fee can be made upon arrival via check made out to the Condo Association.

I'm a Realtor. I live in, love, and sell the Clearwater/St Pete area.
New to hosting but not new to staying in Airbnb's. Love the concept and wanted to participate.
This area has so much to offer....live music, festivals, and of course, all of our sports teams (Go Bucs!!)
Motto......hmm, it involves loving shoes and loving life. I'll work on that.
I am an animal person through and through and active in the rescue community. I am allowing a pet at my condo because I know what it's like to not be able to travel with your buddy =)
