Four bedrooms all with built in robes, a large family bathroom with custom power shower and deep corner spa bath and very spacious multi purpose living area with patio access to the gardens.

Parking:

The property is located on a beachfront reserve, access to the property is slightly restricted down a one way narrow public lane. There is parking in the carport. Alternatively you can park on the adjoining road and have a short walk down the lane. You are able to park in the lane temporarily to unload but this is a public lane and you can't leave your vehicle parked here as it will restrict beach access.

STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents)

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and/or loss of bond.

Between 10.30pm and 8am noise levels must not disturb neighbours. EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10.30pm - 8am.

At any time there is to be NO LOUD aggressive behaviour, yelling, screaming and or arguing etc.

Excess vehicles are not permitted, general ratio is one car per every two people maximum. Boats, jetski's, caravans may be permitted but must be mentioned at the time of confirmation.

Please - STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE.

PETS: Pets are allowed but must be mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet ie type/breed must be given. Please be aware that pets are to be left strictly outside only, if the cleaner finds evidence that pets have been inside (hair), there will be an extra cleaning charge. (please ignore this if you have not organised to bring your dog).

* Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.

* If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.

We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay.

Weekend and Long weekend Stays may be allocated a late checkout which will be subject to change. If there is another booking coming into the property on the day of your checkout the checkout time will be reverted to the standard checkout time of 10am.

AIRBNB online bookings will charge a SERVICE FEE. This fee is not paid to us as the owners and is a charge made independently by the AIRBNB online payment booking system.
