This is a modern condo located right in dwntwn Bar Harbor. Steps away from local shops, restaurants and the water front is just a short stroll away.
You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.

This condo has 3 bedrooms: 2 queen, 1 full sized beds with 2.5 bathrooms, all located on the second floor. We do NOT charge for extra guests, but you will need to bring your own air mattress... etc.

The downtown area is very limited in parking. There is ONE parking spot in this rental.

Bar Harbor is a popular beautiful town located on Maine's Mount Desert Island and offers easy access to Acadia National Park. Bar Harbor is close to the main visitor center, Hulls Cove, and other attractions such as: a 27-mile route that connects Cadillac Mountain’s 1,530-foot summit, the historic Jordan Pond House restaurant, Sand Beach, Beehive cliff trail and Thunder Hole.

Located in the heart of downtown Bar Harbor central to all the town’s major restaurants, taverns, shops and attractions. Blocks away from Town Pier, Abbe Museum and the town center Village Green.

In the mornings, enjoy a nice cup of coffee and a good book at Lompac Cafe & Books. The condo is directly next door to Royal Indian restaurant and across the street from Siam Orchid. Blocks from Side Cafe and other fine restaurants for local lobster and seafood. If you are feeling brave, try the local "lobster ice cream" and definitely do not forget to taste some blueberry wine from Bar Harbor Cellars.

If you want, you can park and not get in your vehicle again until you leave while having the ability to see the town itself all within walking distance.

Visiting Acadia National Park? Come enjoy these beautiful condos located right in Bar Harbor's downtown! Beautifully centered in the heart of the village these condos are walking distance and steps away from local restaurants, shops, cafes and water fronts.

All condo units are equipped with Wifi, full kitchen appliances, washer/dryer and decorated with modern minimalist decor. All units have parking.

"This is an outstanding location in Bar Harbor for shopping, excellent restaurants, access to Acadia, and harbor walks. The condo is in mint condition and has everything you need. Our family if 4 stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed every minute. I would definitely recommend this excellent condo and hope to be able to visit again!"
