We fell in love with Sunnyside as soon as we wandered over here--one day while taking our dogs on a long walk from our old downtown apartment. Neighborhood charm and friendliness, walking distance from the heart of downtown and surrounded by vibrant community-owned shops, restaurants and bars. We're blocks from the super-trendy neighborhood of Lo-Hi, with its mind-spinning selection of amazing food and drink, but we recommend you check out some of our local spots just around the corner as well--you won't be dissapointed! Our favorites include (but are not limited to) El Necio, El Jefe, or So Damn Gouda!

You will have your own access code to the guest suite, and can come and go as you please. We do ask that any interactions with the hosts be masked on the part of both parties.
We may be able to make arrangements for you to use the main space, including kitchen/dining area and laundry, on request; however please note that I generally work a night shift so access to these may be limited during the day.
Also, we are new AirBnB hosts and are super excited to share our lovely space and our vibrant neighborhood with you! We welcome any feedback to make the space feel more welcoming and enjoyable for future guests.
