This warm and cozy home sits directly on the Shore Path - widely considered the most desirable location in all of Bar Habor - and right in town, with total privacy. A hidden gem. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private stone patio with breathtaking views of Frenchman Bay. A perfect house for couples or small families looking for privacy and convenience. A 5-minute walk to downtown; a 5-minute drive to Acadia National Park; and just 50 feet down a private path to the ocean.

This apartment faces Frenchman's Bay and is attached to the main house where the host lives. It features a private entrance, private parking, private patio, and private path to the Shore Path.

A perfect space for 2-4 guests, with hardwood floors, skylights in every room, a compact kitchen, and a wood-burning fireplace. The dining room table can expand to fit four, and can also be used as an office desk.

The main bedroom features a queen bedroom, skylight, and ample closet space. The second bedroom is a loft space above the living room with a double bed. **Note: the stairs to this loft bedroom are ladder-type and may not be suitable for children under 6.**

The full bathroom has a claw-foot tub and shower. A door adjoining the living room leads to a private stone patio with expansive views of Frenchman's Bay, and a private path to the Shore Path.

Amenities include cable TV, WIFI, DVD player, microwave, and parking for one car. Sorry, no washer/dryer or dishwasher.
