I have created a space that offers both the ability for some peace and quiet, being nestled in a quiet community, however you are just down the street from some of the busiest restaurants and bars in town. There’s plenty of things inside the space to make you feel at home for you to use. I even have an Amazon Echo in the room for you to jam out to music during the day or use white noise for bed.

There’s two AirBnB’s side by side, but completely private and separate entrances, so only interaction would be in the backyard, if any. There’s quiet hours, so you should have no issues getting your rest and having a wonderful time during your stay. Please let me know if you have any issues during your stay and I will always resolve them! Whether you’re here for work or coming out for a wedding, unwind at this relaxing guest suite that is on a quiet street in a great neighborhood! Being just a 4 minute drive to downtown Gilbert, this is in a prime location for both going out for food or a night out. There’s plenty of great places to check out with this centralized location!

This place does not have a full kitchen but it is perfect for the traveler needing the basic amenities of a hotel, with the finishing touches of a boutique. It has a microwave, fridge, and keurig!

Guests are free to use the backyard as they please. There are seats near the AirBnB to sit out and use the wood fire pit when it’s nice out!

I have a friendly golden doodle and occasionally you may see us outside playing in the backyard. If you are not a fan of dogs please be sure to let me know once you book!

There is no smoking or pets allowed on the property! Please respect this rule as this could result in a fine starting at $500 in addition to any damages or extra cleaning.

All I ask is you leave the place in a state as if it were your own home! Enjoy!!
