Small studio guesthouse with pool view and pool access. Located behind main house in a safe neighborhood close to the Huntington Library, CalTech and PCC. No kitchen but there is a small fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster oven. Complete with a twin size bed, dresser, built in closets and shelving. TV with cable, WIFI, ethernet cable at the desk, AC and Heater. Pets are welcome as long as they behave. Free parking on the street in front of the house.

The guesthouse is a cozy and quiet place to study, rest, relax, work. Main house is occupied by my elderly parents so keeping quiet and social distancing must be maintained. There is an outdoor cat in the backyard so the gate must be closed at all times. The only access to the pool is through the back door of the guesthouse to ensure the cat doesn't get out. If you have a cat or dog they cannot be in the backyard since it will scare my cat. Your dog can use the dog run as long as all poop is picked up daily. Pets are allowed inside the guesthouse.

The neighborhood is a quiet and safe. You will see many neighbors taking a walk in the evening. The neighborhood borders San Marino and is walking distance to the Huntington Library, CalTech and Pasadena City College.
