This unique home is totally self sufficient with all the amenities you will need for a magical stay including fast unlimited WIFI, 24/7 hot water etc.

It is a large open plan home with 32 foot high vaulted ceilings. It is part of Karuna Dham with 25 acres of private land with panoramic views, streams, waterfalls and much more! Our staff and restaurant are here for you.

Perfect for couples, honeymoons, small groups, remote working, meditation, or if you just want to retreat from the city.

A hely
The interior has been lovingly sculpted and finished by myself along with international artists. Some features that stand out are the beautiful spiral staircase, the bathroom wall murals, and of course plants and trees growing inside the home.

All of the furniture and furnishings are of high quality and everything is well maintained. No expense has been spared to demonstrate how comfortable and luxurious off grid living can be! Sustainable doesn't have to mean going back to basics, that is the message of Earthship Karuna.

The entire interior has been updated and refreshed in August 2022. This is a very well maintained property as my focus is on your enjoyment and keeping the earthship in great condition.

Outside there is a large private garden with a private Gazebo. You can sit outside and enjoy the most incredible views of the area.

Dinner can be delivered to you, or there is a vegetarian restaurant 10 minutes walk. You can have breakfast lunch and dinner at Govinda's Restaurant which is in a beautiful location near a waterfall and with amazing views.

The earthship is located within Karuna Dham, one of the most beautiful nature spots in the world. SO much so i built Earthship Karuna there after 15 years of searching.

The area is remote and borders a large natural wildlife sanctuary. You can walk in any direction and see incredible valley views, forests, streams, waterfalls, and nature in all its glory.

living since 2001. He was instrumental in the creation of the first UK Earthship
in Brighton, and has self-built 4 earthships in India including Earthship

Our Staff at Karuna Dham are will greet you at our entrance and escort you to the Earthship. You may order food at the restaurant using Whatssap. Dinner can be delivered to you but breakfast and lunch are served at the restaurant, 10 mins walk in a beautiful spot!

We also have several staff and labour who will carry your luggage and look after your needs.

You will have great privacy and hear the sounds of streams, birds, giant squirrels and much more besides!

I am available by DM and telephone at all times and am your first point of contact for any questions or needs. I am in touch with all staff so if you communicate with me i can help or take any requests during your stay.
