All instructions for the apartment are provided at check in by our manager. This includes instructions for operating the TV, washing machine, or any additional electronic equipment in the apartment.
In the event that your CHECK IN is outside of day hours (7pm to 10am) please note you have two options:
1. We can provide you with airport or train transfer with comfortable car, the cost of which is $20-$25 depending on the Airport. Our driver would greet you at the Airport holding a sign with your name on it and take you directly to reserved accommodation and check you in. This is very convenient.
2. If you have your own transfer, we will leave keys for you at 24 HOUR RECEPTION of our mini hotel which is located at 10 Boghdana Khmelnitskogo Street, it is called "Theatre Apart Boutique Hotel". This is located in the very center of Kiev, one of the primary streets. In case of anything you are welcome to call our emergency # +38 063 233 06 95 and our representative will be happy to assist you.

If you do smoke, we ask that you do it on the balcony which is included in virtually every apartment we offer.
