Private english cottage revival in Banbury Oaks Landmark of Pasadena. This 1 bed/1 bath unit has been meticulously restored and is ready for your stay. The unit has its own private entrance and fenced in yard. Access to 2-car detached garage upon request. Features a single bedroom with King bed,living room, high table and chairs. Also, a futon in the living room allows to easily host 4 people! This space also features a modern kitchen, plus washer and dryer.

Own private entrance with a fenced yard with access to a parking spot in a 2 car garage. All the kitchen essentials including a microwave, oven, Keurig, cooking utensils, and more are available for use. Enjoy complimentary K-cups, water and snacks! Fast Wifi throughout the home with a ROKU Television with all the essential applications ready you to log in (ie. Hulu, Netflix, HBO). All bath essentials are provided including towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dyer. Security cameras and flood lights surround the property and by the garage to provide a sense of safety for our guests.
