Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

Upgrades include: new luxury vinyl plank flooring, fresh paint throughout the entire Villa, new window shutters, new furniture, linens, beach amenities, and several other upgrades. GOLF CART INCLUDED!!

The 2-story floor plan ensures no other party is above you or below you enabling you to better relax and enjoy your time in paradise. This vacation home comes fully equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable Hawaii vacation experience. Come and enjoy your time in paradise and get away from it all. Conveniently located, a short walk to the pool, resort access to the beaches, lagoons, shopping and dining. One car garage and parking for one vehicle in the driveway.
