Athina Penthouse with fantastic, always sunny private terrace close to the Lycabytous and historical center. Close to cafes, shops, grocery and only 15min walk from the metro station Ambelokipi. Apartment is on a quiet street, its a one way street.

The terrace is almost always sunny! For those who prefer to sit in the shade, there is tents on the terrace with a sofa & chairs . If you would like to enjoy your meals on the terrace, there is table and chairs as well as an outdoor stove oven. We've used the stove oven to cook meals in and also sat next to it as a fireplace with a glass of wine in the evening. It's wonderful! Most of our guests say that they end up spending a lot of time on the terrace. :)
There are bedroom with double bed and fully equipment kitchen
TV has over 35+ channels. Brand new aircondition. Fast WiFi, both in the apartment and on the terrace.
There is an elevator in the building that takes you up to apartment. (You must go up a few stairs at the entrance after elevator to get to the loft.)
