Unique situation between two beautiful parks and only a stone´s through away from vibrant urban Brussels areas.
Renovated in 2019, the villa has kept the origin charm of the golden Brussels age of late 1950s/early 1960s (Brussels World Exhibition) and therefore has been used for movie sets.
We have just started renting out this house but have another place in Brussels where our guests are consistently very happy!

100m from parc Duden (Forest), in a private villa four facades of ± 260 m², renovated in 2019 with its south-west facing garden, built by architect Robert Schuiten.
The house is the place where we live and we offer it when we are on holidays. Therefore you can expect a mix of quality contemporary and design furniture and equipment.
It consists, on the ground floor, of an entrance hall with guest toilet and cloakroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bright L-shaped living/dining room (+/- 70m²) with a fireplace giving access to the terrace. Upstairs, the master suite with dressing room, bathroom, three other large bedrooms with dressing room and separate bathrooms/toilets.
Beautiful sunny garden with terrace, Garage for two cars, bikes and outdoor parking space, cellars, laundry room, alarm, new heating system installed in 2019.
