You will enjoy a cozy bedroom, bath w/small shower, adjacent den. House is located in quiet, safe neighborhood just 5 miles from airport & Keeneland racetrack, 3 miles from shops & restaurants. You're just minutes from scenic drives thru picturesque horse country. Private entry available through garage side door w/key to quarters below. included are Roku TV, stereo, fridge, microwave, and sofa-bed for up to 4 guests. Washer/dryer only for guests staying more than 2 days - please request use.
