The first bedroom has a trundle bed (two single twin beds) and also has a small desk for working. It also has a balcony overlooking the patio. The second bedroom on this floor has a queen size bed and also has a TV with cable and Netflix. There is a full size bathroom on this floor. The third floor serves as the master suite. It has a king size bed and a massive walk in closet. The master bath features a soak tub and glass enclosed shower. There is also a loft on this floor that has another trundle bed. The entire house! My property managers, Lauren and Scott, are always available for any issues or questions that arise. The house is located in the center of the Midtown Neighborhood of Philadelphia. You are one block from the Broad Street Subway line which takes you down to the Sports Stadiums or up to Temple University. Additionally, you are one or two blocks from many of Philadelphia's most popular bars including McGillians, Ubahn, Bru, Graffitti Bar, Opa, Frankie Bradley's and many more.
