My place is located along the Kentucky river in Clark County, KY. This is a special place to unwind and relax. I am less than a 20 minute drive from Lexington, Winchester and Richmond.

I have turned the ground level of my home into a really nice guest suite with a private entrance and private bath. It has a queen size bed, and a comfy leather loveseat that could accommodate someone of a smaller stature for sleeping. The recently refinished bathroom has a claw foot tub. The private patio overlooks the back yard and river view.

My place is on a quiet road out in the country but has two great restaurants/bars within a couple minutes drive. Its within an hour drive of several locations along Kentucky's Bourbon trail. We are just outside of Winchester KY, home of beer cheese and Ale 8. Red River Gorge is around an hour away and KY horse park about 30 minutes.
