Babe's Pond

Babe's Pond is a finely decorated home that sits on five picturesque acres in Union Pier, MI. The residence boasts over 4,000-square-feet of living space. The open-concept family room has five skylights and 20 windows, washing the space in lots of natural light to provide a healthy and inviting atmosphere. This home includes a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table, a fireplace, and multiple sitting areas for gatherings with old friends. The lower-level living area enjoys its own fireplace, a wet bar, and a bedroom with two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom.

Families, couples, and friends can enjoy strolling around the scenic grounds, sitting outside on the expansive deck and outdoor porch, swimming in the heated pool, and feeding fish in the pond. You'll love spending an evening in front of the firepit, playing in the private pickleball court, soaking in the hot tub, and snuggling up on a comfy sofa to enjoy a good book. You'll also be within walking distance of the Round Barn Winery and minutes away from the beach, where you'll find restaurants, boutique shops, farmer's markets, antique stores, and the local casinos. Our number one goal is to do everything possible to ensure that our guests have a fabulous stay at Babe's Pond!

THINGS TO KNOW
If guests plan on playing tennis or pickleball, we ask that they bring their own rackets, paddles, and balls.
**Please note: If you are booking the home between the months of September - May, please verify that the hot tub and/or pool will be accessible.
The pool will be heated to 80 degrees prior to your arrival. If you wish for the heat to increase, please contact Vacasa after you secure your booking. The cost for additional pool heat is $25/night.
*This home is equipped with an exterior surveillance camera that faces the entry/driveway
The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
*If guests are visiting during the holiday season, a Christmas tree is available upon request (including set-up)
This property is managed by Vacasa Michigan LLC.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 4 vehicles. Home has parking spaces in driveway for four vehicles maximum.
1 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD25 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
