Although close to Nottingham city centre my modern house is in a quiet leafy location overlooking a large green
This cosy room is located on the first floor which involves negotiation of 1 flight of stairs only.
The room has a double bed with space underneath for storage, 2 bedside cabinets with drawers, a wardrobe with 2 drawers.
There is a desk and a chair
The floor is laminate and there is a 'black out' blind fitted
Tea making facilities and a TV complete this room
The room is centrally heated with a self controlled temperature control which can be adjusted by guests for their own comfort
The sole use bathroom is next to the bedroom
Due to Covid guests will not have access to the rest of the house.
Outside there is a large green which can be used for leisure activities - good to keep fit as walking or running 4 times around the green is 1 mile or sitting and relaxing.
There is free on street parking outside the house and guest parked cars can be viewed from the bedroom window
We have 2 siamese cats
They never have access to this room.
