Windows are covered with blackout shades and beds have new memory foam mattresses for a good night's sleep. One off-street parking space with additional street parking. Well-established unique neighborhood near a more industrial part of town. We lived there for 5 years and loved it. Just be sure to stop fully at all the stop signs as the small local police department is nearby.
