The house is in a quiet cul de sac neighborhood. The property has a fenced backyard. Small, house-trained dogs are welcome upon request. (Extra cleaning fees apply) This quaint and lovely two bedroom house is a 5 min walk from the lake and the Lake Waco Dam and walking path or a 5 mile drive to Baylor McLane Stadium and the Magnolia Silos. The Waco regional airport is approx. 3.7 miles away. The house is also located near 2 major hospitals. Waco is 90 miles from DFW and 90 miles to Austin.

1. No Smoking within the premises.
2. Please keep the house clean during your stay, and treat it like your home.
3. Absolutely no parties or parking on the street.
4. If you break, damage or render any appliances, furniture, instruments or other within the premises, let us know immediately, in order for us to remedy the matter. Please note that everything in the property has been compiled into an itinerary of items at your arrival. Do not take anything with you from the property when you leave. Legal action will be taken if anything is missing upon checkout.
5. If you have encountered or observed a problem within the premises, please let us know immediately, in order to give us an opportunity to remedy the problem you are experiencing. We do not rely on, nor are we responsible for any circumstances raised upon your departure (check-out time), if such matter was not brought to our immediate attention during the time you were experiencing the problem, or at the time of your check-in period.

We are highly active via Air BnB text platform, or you can contact us via email. If required, we can attend the property to assist you too if needed.

From time to time, we will access our office which is located at the property from a separate entrance and therefor will come to the property. We will endeavor to make contact in advance to notify you of this activity. Guests at the house have no access to this space in the house and therefor it will not affect your stay in the house or infringe your privacy.
