This home is located just two miles from historic downtown Chelan, home to boutique shops and eclectic eateries. It's also only 10 miles to the powder-laden slopes at Echo Valley Ski Area, and just beyond your doors sits a lovely park with a paved footpath and a kids' playground.

Well-appointed and cozy, this vacation condo is a home away from home with modern appliances, thoughtful decor, deluxe furniture, and comfortable seating. The living area contains a nice fireplace and a couch with an ottoman for warming toes by the fire. The living area's flatscreen SmartTV offers cable television, streaming services, and a DVD player.

A well-stocked kitchen is ready for the chef in your group to prepare marvelous meals, and you can enjoy them with your whole group at the four-seat dining table, the breakfast bar, or on the balcony. There's even a gas grill for outdoor grilling when the weather permits.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 1 vehicles. Each condo is provided with an assigned parking space in the underground parking garage. Please note this space is not adequate for oversized vehicles.
All other vehicles will need to be parked in public parking areas elsewhere.
The parking garage entrance is located on the west side of the building (by the Lakeside Lodge).
You will use your common area access code to open the garage gate; the gate will open automatically when leaving the garage.
Your assigned parking spaces are spots #5 & #23, which you will find on the left side of the parking garage.
There are extra parking passes in a manila envelope in the cabinet above the refrigerator. Just write the dates of you stay on the pass, put in on your dash, and discard after after your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
