Welcome to our 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom home located on a double lot with ample room for boat parking. Home is located only 2 blocks from Davis Canal public dock. Clean, cozy house in the wooded area of the island. The house is walking and biking distance to the beach. Hot/cold outdoor shower and washer/dryer available for guests!
Bring your own boat! Optional boat dock available for rent within walking distance of home. Deep water on canal for only $25 per night. Contact us for more details!

Our completely renovated home currently has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed. The other bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds that are double beds on the bottom and twin beds on top. All living area is on the 2nd floor; garage area used for owner storage. The house is on pilings and situated on 2 lots with ample room for boat parking in front or beside the house.
This home has an open floor plan between the living room and kitchen. The living room has a sectional sofa, ceiling fan and end tables. A large flat screen TV & VHS/DVD player. High speed internet with Wi-Fi is available for your use.
The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, stove/oven, microwave, blender, coffee cups, glass wear, silver wear, wine glasses and all other standard necessities for the kitchen and more.
Check-In is 4:00pm EST and Check-out is 10:00am EST
If you would like to bring your well-behaved dog, please message me BEFORE making a booking. Dogs are permitted only with prior approval; $75 non-refundable pet fee (2 dogs maximum; no cats or other pets accepted).
