Guests have access to their own 2 bedroom house, private pool, off street parking and walled gardens around.

Rubbish/waste needs to be separated and deposited nearby at different rubbish points. There is a chap down the road on the left hand side, 300m from end, who now does recycling so we drop off our paper, metals, glass and plastic bottles to him. The nearest main rubbish drop is turn left on main road and its 100m on left side.
Scooter: If you damage the scooter you must pay for its repair based on replacement part costs from garage (nb. this is a lot less than you would think!). Riders who rent scooters must be capable riders and have minimum a car driving licence. If you are not confident speak to me first as you might need a lesson. Wear helmets. Most people dont but it is law for the drivers and passengers to wear. Hospital fees are expensive here so go easy.
Electric - in order to conserve electricity for the island I do charge electric using a meter. (approx.100b per day depending on air con) It encourages "green conservation" and discourages e.g. people leaving the a/c on when they go out. We take a meter reading before and after your stay.
Water can also be scarce when it doesn't rain. It costs you 400b per truck (3000litres). Please conserve water. We have large tanks 12000litres that collect rain water so unless its a long dry period water will be free. Sometimes it still needs to be delivered.
We have machine for laundry. In order to conserve water its sometimes better to take it to a local laundry but consult Duangporn before using these. A small fee maybe requested for laundry.

Its perfect, peaceful, in the jungle just a little yet close to town and beach too. Its elevated in the hills so there are great views. My favourite cheap local is Paleung (turn left and 200m on rhs.) And Phensiri. They do great panang and massaman. Jungle Club next door is a must (its the best place here), Green Mango and Ark are institutions almost and funny hideaway bars like Gheko (Bophut) and the Rock Bar (Lamai) will have you intrigued. The best restaurant is Treetops in Anantara (expensive) but you can eat great thai food almost anywhere because food is the Thai's passion. Cocotans (cushions on beach) and Link (Fisherman) are my favourite chill places. But Melati has a intriguing beach next to it in Cheong Mon.
One of the best beaches, if not the best is the local one, Chaweng Noi (accessed via the Sheraton Hotel or nearby). Beach Bar is a nice beach club on the beach too (for Black Moon parties etc).

i like to enjoy life. I love my family and always like trying new things. Still like going out and partying but not as much as i used to. Enjoy building properties, maintaining them and renting them. I also like playing tennis, squash and golf though the latter 2 are restricted in Samui. My favourite places are probably Samui and Ibiza. Can't live without my smartphone and at the moment the app "Line". I love all kinds of food but especially Italian and Mexican. When someone is my guest i try and give them the best service i know how. I want them to make the most of the island and my villa. I will try and share them my knowledge of what to do and maybe even go out together. Generally nothing is too much trouble and i've had some pretty demanding customers. I mean things like organising babysitting, in/out of house massage, personal chef, cakes, scuba, parties, days out, medical treatment, spa, yoga, transport etc. Samui is easy to organise things but it helps if you know someone who can help plan your holiday to maximise it to the fullest. I like helping people. I teach English here on the island and there's alot of disadvantaged people in Thailand..(though not so many in Samui).

I live nearby and look after the guests, where needed, throughout their stay. I will do check - in and check - out and ensure they have everything they need to start their holiday and take care of them throughout.
I have a private chef/manager/cleaner etc Duangporn, who can be booked up (for approx. 1000b labour) for an evening meal (4 people) She cooks "the best Thai food in the world". I also can give you lots of recommendations , restaurants and things to do. Also can organise a tour or even take you out, if I'm free.
