We're offering a comfortable room with reserved entrance; we can host up to 4 people.
There are a double bed, two single beds, and a private bathroom with shower. We also provide bed linen, towels and hair-drier.
We serve breakfast on the balcony with lake view or in the garden during summer and with nice weather, otherwise we'll serve it indoor.

Located within a stone’s throw of the Lake of Como and close to the mountains, our “B&B la Stanza di Giulia” is the right place to spend some relaxing moments.
The bedroom is very comfortable and the garden around the house is a good haven of rest while you are reading warmed by the sun or in the persimmon tree shade protecting you from the sun heat.
You can take a peaceful walk along the “Sentiero del Viandante” path that runs just behind the house, or you can get other trails that branch off from here and climb the mountains. These are full of woods and meadows, where you can enjoy the Lake’s sight and its landscapes.
The lakeside is just 200 metres from the B&B; there is a promenade here running along the lake, where you can reach beaches, bars and the landing-stage; the boats leave from here and go up the lake making you appreciate unique and suggestive views.
Other famous tourist attactions along the lake are easily reachable: Varenna, Bellagio, Mandello del Lario and Lecco, crown jewels of the Lake of Como, which fascinate and enchant visitors from all over the world.
