The Hitching Post welcomes you to Hays, Kansas. The Hitching Post name comes from the hitching post in our front yard. Hays was quite an active western town in the 1880’s and Old Fort Hays is available for viewing. Our location is north of FHSU and 4 blocks from downtown. We invite you to enjoy the entire redone 2 bedroom house located on a corner lot. All rooms have hardwood floors, Off street parking with a small garage. We are excited to provide our AirBnB for your stay.
We call this quaint, yet very spacious, apartment the Coca-Cola House because of its kitchen decor! It features 2 bdrms-1 Kingsize bed & another with twin bed & trundle, fully furnished kitchen, TV & WiFi, and no cleaning fee! It is a ground level entrance to a very comfortable lower level apartment with wonderful tenants in the separate upstairs apt., so you may hear them occasionally.
