Tuesdays 6pm FLOW classes consist of: An evening, all levels vinyasa 'strong slow flow' class that helps increase circulation, strengthen, lengthen and tone the whole body, calm the mind and nervous system. Breath work and mindfulness meditation included. This is the strongest class I offer, so if you would like to move and be changed, this is the class for you! Wednesday 8am Morning FLOW class: An evening, all levels vinyasa 'slow flow' class that helps increase circulation, strengthen, lengthen and tone the whole body, calm the mind and nervous system. Breath work and mindfulness meditation included. In this class we will move and build some heat but it won't be quite as strong as the Tuesday night class. A perfect class for a Wednesday morning! Thursdays 6pm YIN classes consist of: A gentle and slow paced restorative practice that targets myofascial/connective tissue release, and calms mind and the nervous system. This is a much slower alternative to vinyasa Flow classes and a great relaxation practice for tired bodies and tired minds. Breath work and mindfulness meditation included. ***Starting 19th August**** Monday 6pm Apres Ski stretch class: Apre Ski Yoga consists of gentle movement and stretching designed to benefit those who have spent the day on the mountain. A great post exercise stretch class, or simply for those wanting to give back to their body and mind.
Yoga mats for hire $2 each I will supply yoga blocks and straps for guests use.
As Winter Olympian and 4x New Zealand Snowboarder of the Year I have made it one of my highest priorities to seek out ways to counteract the high demands and pressures that comes with being a Professional Athlete. I give back to my physical body through Yoga, pay careful attention to how I fuel my body, and sooth the mind through rest and relaxation practices. With this preparation in my back pocket, when it comes time to perform I know that I have put myself in the best possible position to be the best possible version of myself. In 2013 I completed my level one Yoga Teacher Training (YTT200hr) and my level two (YTT500hr) in 2019. I have guided retreats in-between my training and competition obligations as well as taught weekly classes. I love sharing what I have learnt and I am passionate about helping others grow!
Yoga classes are held at Edgewater Resort situated right on Lake Wanaka in Central Otago, New Zealand.

Classes are 75min long (Airbnb only allows me to select incriminates of 30min). Evening classes start 6pm-7.15pm and morning class 8am-9.15am. Room well heated but bring some extra layers to add/remove and we warm up/warm down. Bring your own drink bottle. Bring your own mat other wise mat hire $2.
