Mit fogsz csinálni?

We will begin with a brief introduction and check-in. I want to know who is experienced, new, and any health concerns. We start with tuning-in and a pranayama (breath exercise) which immediately begins to activate the nervous system. I explain what we are doing, why, and give clear and specific directions for each exercise. Throughout the entire class we will hear and maybe sing along with chants that have a vibration that connect with the system and energy center of the body/mind we are working with during the yoga set. After each exercise of 1-3 minutes., we have a rest and recovery period, lying on the back, belly or side for 1-3 minutes. This allows the cells in the body to rejuvenate, and strengthen so that the body is ready for the next exercise that follows. Every exercise is specifically sequenced with timing and purpose to align the body and prepare the mind for deep meditation. At the end of the kriya, “yoga set,” we have a long, deep relax for 7-10 minutes. We close out with the final song that ends every Kundalini yoga class around the world, “Long Time Sun.” Throughout the class we will experience the healing sound current through ancient kirtan chants. We may do them silently or out loud together in unison, which depends on the purpose of the yoga and meditation exercises for each class.

I have 16 years teaching experience and over 400 hours of teachers’ training and certification. I have additional training in Ayurveda health & well being practices. I bring this wisdom and experience to each uniquely designed class. Kundalini yoga and mediation is the yoga of awareness, so that whether you are a novice yoga practitioner or experienced, this practice will meet you right where you are to challenge you and lift you to your next level of health, healing and vitality. We will practice yoga and meditation in a beautiful studio space that allows students to immediately feel relaxed, transform and let go of the stress in their lives. All my students unanimously love this space!

The studio has 3 rooms: main yoga room (25 person capacity), healing space, restroom, and a tranquil deck. We have two walls with full floor to ceiling windows that look out to a cathedral of indigenous trees: sequoia red woods, oaks, pepper trees, tangerine, and several others. The property is safe and private inside an electronic gate. Parking is available. We are situated on a private street in the foothills of the Angeles Crest Forrest.
