Namaste! Jump into a world of peace and calm through this experience. Together we will embark on a 45-min journey of mindfulness. I will walk you through breathing exercises (pranayama) and into a guided meditation in my home.
In our world full of stress and distractions, especially in the midst of a global pandemic, it's important now more than ever to take a moment and breathe.
Our time together will help you focus on what's important and provide you the the tools to decrease stress and increase concentration, focus, and mindfulness.
I have been formally trained in meditation & pranayama and have been practicing for over 30 years. I look forward to sharing you techniques I've learned in India and across the world that have changed my life.
*NOTE that due to COVID restrictions, I am holding these classes on Zoom. If you prefer an in-person experience, please note I request you are fully vaccinated for all of our safety since we are in my home*

Please come dressed in comfortable clothing. Chair available if you prefer.

This is the rare experience that leaves you feeling valued, seen and genuinely connected - if not only to yourself, then also to a greater path and purpose. Pushpa is a wise and kind soul. I booked this Airbnb experience as a gentle end to a mindful, weekend getaway celebrating my daughter's 12th birthday - what we received was a profoundly present moment, an unexpected gift really, celebrating my daughter's sacredness. Pushpa met her exactly where she was and by doing so, allowed my daughter to grow in her meditation, in her breathing and in her connection to self and the world.

Pushpa was great. This experience provided me with the tools and knowledge to start my own practice. Although I had some previous instruction , I really needed a refresher. Pushpa and I connected immediately and I was able to easily follow her instructions. The session was personable , meaningful and will add a great deal of meaning to my life going forward.
