This horseback riding is a beautiful interaction with our culture in rural areas in which the landscape and the horseback experience make of it an unforgettable memory and the best in the world! During the experience, we can learn every detail of interest corresponding to our history and customs, as well as enjoy the riches that the natural environment offers.
We start at 8:30 a.m. with an equestrian lesson with which our guests can learn how to ride a horse, then we will go along a large part of the Valley of Sugar Mills, visiting local farmers, who will prepare in front of us the piled coffee in the "Pilón" - a very old wood mortar, this is accompanied by a peasant tobacco. We will drink also the fresh juice of sugarcane, squeezed directly from the cane with the "Trapiche" - a rustic tool made of pine nuts and rollers; we can use it to make the juice by ourselves. Then we will enjoy a refreshing swimming time in a natural pool fed by a waterfall whose waters flow full of minerals from the mountains, nice for those who like jumps to the water. At the end, we will visit a local peasant restaurant where we can enjoy a delicious typical lunch.
