Mit fogunk csinálni?

If learning new skills, fresh training ideas, and how to support your body in an inverted position while balancing on your hands excites you, then join me. You'll discover a range of new handstand exercises and training techniques to take away and practice.

We'll start with a gymnastics-style warm-up and activation of our working muscles. I'll then talk you through basic handstand principles as we increase your knowledge.

We'll follow with practicing my go to handstand exercises which includes demonstrations, participant engagement, and virtual coaching.

We'll finish off with an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the experience or my life as an Olympic gymnast and a chance to see an Olympic medal.

Lastly, I will follow up with a cheat sheet of my handstand top tips for you to take away and practice.

This session can be tailored with exercises scaled to different levels of fitness and ability.

I'm Kristian, an Olympic medalist gymnast from London 2012 and a qualified gymnastics coach.

Having retired from competitive gymnastics after the Rio 2016 Olympics, I now share my passion and knowledge with a wide range of audiences, including school children, CrossFit athletes, budding gymnasts, and anyone with a desire for learning and developing new movement and gymnastics-based skills.

I bought this as a gift for a friend and he loved it, it was unique, fun and Kristian was a great teacher.

I was given this as a birthday present after a lot of attempts on the park. Learnt so much in the hr that I spent with Kristian. He’s is very patient and allowed me to keep trying when I wasn’t getting it. Learned new tips that made my overall learning experience smoother. By the end of the class I was confident in wall handstand! Would definitely love another class.

I never thought I would be able to do a handstand in a short hour but was able to do one and held it for a few seconds. I screamed in celebration. He gave instructions and offered excellent tips, and always accounted for my safety and well-being. This far exceeded my expectations!

It's genuinely so awesome to be able to say I coached by an ex olympic medalist this morning! Even virtually. Really good value and and as someone who really wants a 15 second handstand getting tips and feedback from a real expert was fantastic. Kristian is easygoing and super knowledgeable- highly reccommended.

This was a really great (and sweaty!) experience, I was not expecting to learn so many new tips/tricks to practice handstands and build shoulder strength. I was also lucky enough to be the only participant so it was like having a personal training session. Kristian was very patient and offered advice whenever my attempts weren't successful. I feel more comfortable and confident getting into a handstand now and can't wait to practice the other drills.
