Mit fogunk csinálni?

Based on laughing therapy and laughter yoga, during a one-hour session of a modern technique adapted to our daily life, we will forget all our worries and we will laugh for no reason. 

So we will gather in a group and start with some exercises of Pranayama breathing (the art of breathing) and some kapalabhati breathing, the breathing used by the yogi to relax and create a synergy within the group.

We will slightly move from these breaths to some exercises to trigger some easy laughter. This transition allows me to accompany you with some theories and indication to locate the laughters within the body.

It had been proven that the body doesn't make the difference between a fake laugh and a real one. And that actually in less than 10 seconds, a fake laugh becomes a real one. So don't worry if you are shy!

Laughing increases blood flow by 50 percent and releases chemicals that activate sérotonine and dopamine in our brain. 

This activation will allow us to laugh more and more.

I strongly believe it's true. As the laughing increases, our joy does too.
We will finish by a meditation and a moment to share together what we feel.

Laughing is the shortest distance between two people and is a necessary element in every long successful relationship!

My name is Thomas Cock. I was born In Congo but raised in Belgium. I lived innocent days till we started English classes at school. I immediately switched to Spanish. After, I think I just kept the rhythm of changing and exploring new paths. I moved to Montreal where I became humorist and performed at JUST FOR LAUGH, From there to Paris, where I was an actor, then to San Francisco where I worked for NGOs. There, I really discovered how laughing could heal.
Laughing was such a journey so far and when 2 years ago, the customs officer reading my passport said: “it is a pity, to a letter close, you were Thomas Cook”. I started to organize tours, making jokes then comedy dinners and from a thing to another, Laughter yoga popped up in my life and since then, I chose to practice laughter yoga as a cure for my own life and to share its virtues.

Estrela Park is probably my favorite place on earth. Portugal has a very old monarchy and at the time Kings used to impress each other with their gardens. Portugal brought trees from all over its imperial colonies to build this park. Such a rich variety and atmosphere: People dancing swing in the kiosk, wearing vintage clothes, improvising picnics...
P.s.: if too cold, we do it in a yoga club

So happy we did this experience with Thomas! We had a wonderful non-stop laughing time. I even cried with laughter during the experience! Thanks a lot Thomas, was great getting to meet you! <3

I have asked Thomas to do again the experience for a group of 70 people and it turned out super well. People really connected and some of them couldn’t stop laughing :)

This was a wonderful experience, very fun & like nothing I'd ever done before. I definitely felt the positive physical & emotional benefits of laughing too. Highly recommended and unique experience that makes you feel good!

Such a fun experience to do in Lisbon! I went without knowing what to expect and ended up loving it. Thom does a great job connecting the group and at the end I left feeling great! Thanks Thom!

It was a wonderful experience. Thomas immediately makes you feel at ease. We laughed like kids and enjoyed it a lot. Great for team building, company events. And private groups too.
