Located in quiet Eastside Flagstaff, the home is within walking distance to trails, restaurants and breweries. 1 off-street parking spot is available to you in the driveway. The main house is currenty occupied and your access is limited to the bedroom. We value your privacy as much as our own, it is unlikely our paths will cross.

This is a clean comfortable space, perfect for a stay in a quiet neighborhood. The room has one single bed and futon couch. There is a Pack n Play available for those traveling with small children. The guest bathroom is shared, but private. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, laundry, and living room if needed. If you use the kitchen, please clean it. There is a SEVERE peanut allergy in the house A swing set is available in the backyard. The other guests in the house will share the bathroom.
