It’s a very quiet area and it’s close to beaches and malls (5 min. by car). Close by there is a 5 minute-walk to the river. For those who don’t have private transport, there are taxis or public transport (on the highway) that will take you wherever you want to go. There is wifi, parking, a nice garden, some trees and plants; anything you need to make your life comfortable while staying over here!
