This brand new house has everything you need, whether relaxing or having fun. At the South end of the beach is Broulee Island where there is a rare pocket of littoral rainforest. Excellent spots for fishing and a great surf break at Pinks Point. From vantage points on the island, you can spot migrating whales.

We are 1 km from Moruya in a rural landscape with extensive views. You will experience staying as part of a sustainable grand design eco-house in a peaceful location. The lower house area is self-contained accommodation with access to gardens. You will have a large 7mx7m indoor space with curtains to separate the sleeping area, and there is a private outdoor space with seating to enjoy the views and a cuppa.
