Morning Yoga in the Park
Our practice will take place in a quiet corner of Lumphini Park, right in the center of Bangkok. We will start the session with meditation and Pranayama (breathing exercises), moving on to asana flows. During the retreat, we will be performing healing and strengthening exercises. Thanks to the small size of the class, the class can be tailored to individual needs and skills. Yogis of all levels are welcome to join! (The time of the yoga practice is approximately 90 minutes) Yoga helps you learn about your body, how to fix posture, balance and pains, while making you stronger. It is not a competitive practice, and it should be lived as a tool for improving yourself inside and out. Join the practice and experience the rejuvenating power of yoga! Other things to note Don't worry if you are a newbie or an advanced practitioner. We will adapt classes to the needs of participants. Please plan on being at least 5 minutes early to get set up for class. Please let me know if you have any injuries prior to practicing.

Damnoen Saduak Floating Market & Railway Market
Everyday 2 times: 7:15 AM and 10:30 AM After 1 to 1,5 hours driving we arrive at the famous Mae Klong train market (Talat Rom Hup). Imagine a train going straight through a public market! The Mae Klong Railway Market has been around since 1905. Fishing was (and still is) one of the main livelihoods of the people who lived here, and the market was another way in which to sell their goods. Officials decided to build a railway in order to better deliver these goods to other provinces. The market stayed at the same place though, despite the new tracks that cut through it. Visit Wat Bang Kung, famous for its small chapel that is completely enclosed within the roots of a banyan tree. It is almost like the tree itself is the pillars of the temple and that without the roots the chapel would fall down. You can also go inside to pay respect to the Buddha image. Continue to Damnoen Saduak where we board a long-tail boat for a ride through the canals before we reach the famous floating market of Damnoen Saduak. Around 150 years ago a canal was dug out at Damnoen Saduak. In those days, the waterways were the center of economic activity and much of the transport was done by boat. The market is packed with vendors selling copious amounts of exotic, fresh fruits and vegetables, agricultural produce as well as authentic, local sweets, delicacies and souvenirs.

Bangkok Canal Tour by Long-tail boat
Everyday 5 times: 8:00, 9:30, 12:30, 15:30, 16:30 hrs. Hop on a typical Thai long-tail boat to explore the Bangkok Yai Canal in Thonburi, the ancient capital of Thailand. During our 2-hour canal adventure you will explore life on and around the klongs (canals) and get a glimpse of how the local people live. Elderly people sitting on the chairs on the wooden docks of their tiny homes overlooking the canal, women hanging laundry to dry, and children jumping into the water and swimming in the canal, amazing! We will make a stop at Baan Silapin (The Artist's House), a traditional Thai house that has been converted into a public space to preserve art and traditional performance styles such as puppetry. The wooden house, over 200 years old and lovingly restored by its owner, sits at the heart of a small community of rustic shophouses which are connected by a wooden walkway that follows the edge of the klong (canal). Furthermore, we pass Wat Paknam Phasi Charoen, built in the mid-Ayutthaya period in the Phasi Charoen District in Thonburi. The boat driver will stop the boat so that you can take a good photo of the huge Buddha statue at this temple. The Buddha statue is towering nearly 70 meters above the ground, the height of a 20-story building, and it is Bangkok's biggest Buddha image, with a width of 40 meters in its cross-legged meditation posture.
Historical City of Ayutthaya - Unesco Full Day From Bangkok
In the morning we leave from the meeting point in Bangkok to the former capital Ayutthaya. Ayutthaya, a kingdom that existed from 1350 to 1767, is a fantastic destination for culture lovers. During these four centuries, the country grew into the nation of Siam (the former name of Thailand), which roughly occupied the territory of modern Thailand, with the exception of the Lanna kingdom in northern Thailand. Ayutthaya was favorable to foreign merchants, first Chinese, Indians, Japanese and Persians, later Portuguese, Spaniards, Dutch (the Dutch East India Company), British and French, and allowed them to build settlements outside the city walls. At its peak, Ayutthaya had over a million inhabitants and the ambassadors of King Louis XIV of France compared the city in size and wealth to Paris. The kingdom came to its final end in 1767, when the Burmese army invaded the country, burnt Ayutthaya to the ground and forced the inhabitants to abandon the city. Since 1991, Ayutthaya has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the Royal Summer Palace Bang Pa-In and the most famous and stunning temples ruins in this once mighty city, like Wat Yai Chai Mongkhon, Wat Mahathat, Vihara Phra Mongkhon Bophit, Wat Phra Si Sanphet and Wat Chaiwatthanaram. During this tour you will travel back in time and learn more about the temples and the history of Thailand.

Chinatown - Street Art by Escooter
Departing from Khaosan, on the road to CHINATOWN we will stop at the Democratic Monument and especially at the Royal Pavilion to admire the superb Wat Ratchanatdaram and to take some souvenir photos. We will resume our journey through the small alleys that only locals know, on the way we will see the Giant Swing located in front of Wat Suthat. We will then discover the first wall frescoes that announce Chinatown, its temples and traditional red lamps. After crossing the effervescence of Chinatown we will arrive at Talad Noi entirely dedicated to Sino-Thai art. After a break on the banks of the chao phraya opposite the Holy Rosary Church to refresh. On the way back to Khao San road, we will pass by the flower market, the grand palace, the amulet market ...
